According to the website Ceta-Base, six wild-caught dolphins arrived at Aqualand from Cuba during the 1990's. Of the 12 dolphins that perform at Aqualand as of August 2023, four were captured in Cuba, and eight were born at the park. Over the years, ten dolphins have died at Aqualand. Two were captured in Cuba, and eight were born there. (Source: Ceta-Base.)
